The Schleuniger Economy 3-Series with the CrimpCenter 36 is an   alternative to the proven High Performance 6-Series of fully automatic crimping machines. Dynamic and powerful servo drives combined with an intelligent control system provide high production rates to meet the most demanding production schedules.

Equipped with reliable high precision technology, the CrimpCenter 36 features a compact modular design offering space for up to 6 processing stations without compromising the high Schleuniger quality standards of the 6-Series. Various configuration possibilities allow for a variety of applications to be processed with cross sections from 0.22 to 4 mm².

An optimal assembly of proven state-of-the-art components results in outstanding output rates and the synchronized ethernet powerlink ensures fast and continuous communication between the software and the 5 servo drives. The established EASY software of the 6-Series, with touch

screen interface and icon-based menus, is also implemented in the 3-Series, making the new model just as flexible and user- friendly.

Selective soldering Machine from Zipa-Tec Germany

• Automated selective soldering is currently one of the most interesting areas in electronic production. It con-tributes substantially to process reliability and raises product quality to a higher level.  
• ZIPA-TEC’s selective soldering series (www.zipa-tec.de)    now provides new possibilities - especially for manufactures with limited budgets. The Select 460 S is an introductory semi-automatic selective soldering system which allows for both single spot and heavy-mass soldering.  
• With the Select 460 S you have the possibility to use two different Flux- Systems; one is the very accurate Micro Drop Fluxer or our standard Spray-Fluxer for fluxing bigger areas.
• The size of the preheater can be selected on you`re application range. The Select 460 S can be configured with a small quartz-Preheater and a large area preheater with additional top-side preheater is possible. The Select 460 S you can configure with our Pyrometer-system, which measures the temperature on your PCB. With this option soldering heavy boards with high copper areas lead-free is possible.
• The basic machine Select 460 S has one selective module; it is completely made out of titan and consequently applicative for lead-free solder. For reducing oxidation on the soldering module the pot is completely covered and flooded with Nitrogen. Through this the maintenance effort is reduced to a minimum. Solder nozzles in all versions and dimensions are available.
• With the one and only offline programming the PhotoEditor you can create a finish solder program in Minutes, you can import a scan from you`re board or a PDF-file from you CAD-System. For fine tuning you can edit every individual step.
