Stencil Positioning Memory (SPM) Function
- Big or small Stencil pattern matching with PCB board only need to be done one time when creating new program.
- SPM stopper will memorized the position and registered in the program.
- Stencil can be loaded back to the same position again when the program is being call out next time.
- Stencil is securely clamped down by 6 Plungers (3 on each side).

Patented FAC (Flexible Auto Clamp) System
- Auto retractable top clamp knife solved the problem of very thin or warp PCB. - “non-contact printing”

U-SHAPE CONVEYOR BELT
- Flat belt is good for carrying heavy PCB or pallet but no good for thin PCB as it get stuck in between the belt and rail.
- Round belt will not encounter stuck problem but, not enough power for heavy pallet.
- GKG uniquely designed U- shape belt easily solve both problems.
High Stability Printing Table
- High quality “Haydon” (USA) stepper motors are used for X, Y &θ adjustment in ensuring the most refined and high precision printing.
With minimum movement, highest accuracy and reliability is achieved. (Motion range is only ±7mm & ±2º) |
