EMST Marketing Pvt. Ltd. was formed out of the well known EMS Technologies Pvt.Ltd., (EMS brand) to focus only on sales and service of equipment related to PCB Assembly and Cable Processing.

1992	Representation agreement signed with Schleuniger, Switzerland. for Cable Processing Machines., Tenryu Technics, Japan for Pick & Place Machines ., Olamef, Italy for Component forming machines and Topline USA for Dummy Components
1994	Technical tie up with Iemme Italy for manufacturing of the Aries Wave Soldering machine Manufacturing facility set up at Pirangut, Pune Started production of manual stencil printer
1997	Representation agreement with Megomat, Switzerland for sale of Fully automatic Cut strip and crimp machines and MDC of Japan for low speed pick & place machines.
1998	Joint Venture of Electronica Mechatronic Systems Pvt. Ltd. And Minami Engg. Co. Ltd. Japan , new company named as EMS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Started manufacturing & Export of Semi-Auto Stencil Printer. Full fledge export of our machines to Italy, U.K., Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, South Africa, Vietnam etc.
2001	Representation agreement with Juki Corporation of Japan for sale of their complete range of Fully Automatic pick and place machines
2005	Representation agreement with Autotronik Germany for sale of their mid range Pick & Place machines
2006	Launch of Lead Free Wave Soldering Machines Representation agreement with SMT Germany for sale of their range of reflow ovens
2007	Inception of EMST Marketing Pvt. Ltd. for focusing on Sales & Service of all Equipment Establishment of ‘TechCenter’ with machines for presales demonstrations, Trials, Training etc .
